Training Supervisor (培訓主管- 粵語)
Job responsibilities:
- Conduct training need analysis, and design and develop an overall
training plan for the specific project;
- Deliver generic soft skills training, including effective phone
communication skills, complaint and objection handling skills,
dealing positively with upset callers, etc;
- Provide product and system application training;
- Deliver courses on Hong Kong culture, and responsible for Hong
Kong accent neutralization;
- Make sure trainees understand correctly the call scripts and
follow required call handling procedure.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 year experience in training
- 1 year call center working experience preferred
- University degree required
- Excellent training delivery and public speaking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Strong coaching and monitoring skills
- Excellence in MS office, such as excel, power point
- Excellent written and oral English skills
- Fluent Cantonese with an accent and style acceptable to HK
customers
交換機軟件工程師 工作地點：上海
要求：
計算機、通訊或相關專業(yè)大專以上學歷；
熟悉操作系統(tǒng)（UNIX、NT）、主流數(shù)據庫（Oracle、SQL Server、Sybase）、ACE或CORBA等，以上中至少一項，有相關資格認證或網絡設備調測經驗者優(yōu)先；
2年以上C++ 及 C 編程經驗;
具備一定的語音交換機常識及實時監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)開發(fā)經驗優(yōu)先；
熟悉西門子、北電、Avaya等程控交換機優(yōu)先；
能吃苦耐勞，可以適應靈活的工作時間；
積極上進，有良好的團隊協(xié)作精神。
